Very fast, don't have to wait more than 2mins Great breakfast sandwiches:) I always get the western and my caramel latte so good. Friendly staff especially Carol and this short girl with long curly hair I don't know her name :/ but there so funny and always smiling, make my day better :) keep the great staff. I recommend this place, definitely coming back;) keep the great work.

Great food and great customer service! You can't beat the medium coffee for $1 either. This is my favorite place to have lunch and/or work.

I was obsessed with their chicken pesto sandwich for weeks! They are consistent with quantities and taste, I’ve never had a bad meal or experience here. Wide variety of tasty and healthy choices 😍

Secretly addicted to their breakfast menu. I go in at least once every other week but i use to go daily. Staff is so friendly and have never had to wait long for my order. TBM on a croissant is my go to.

Great fast service and the food was good

I'm giving this store a 3 mainly because of the customer service I received from the cashier Jennifer. She had a very welcoming personality and I never felt so happy placing an order as I have with her. She is really upbeat. I mentioned how wonderful the atmosphere was. Downside, after walking past many places that could have made me a Cobb Salad, I decided to go to Cosi in 12 degree weather, my Cobb salad wasn't right, though. There was no AVOCADO on the salad!!!! That is a key component of the Cobb Salad. So sad and disappointed, but I wasn't going back for a remake, not today, too cold. The Rasberry Mojito Lemonade was very delicious!

Love this place love the food and all the great ladies who work here!! Always fast and attentive and they are always juggling different tasks. The reward program is great too. 10th drink is free and 10th entree is free. Keep it up yall!
